Sri Chinmoy 5K Races in Battersea Park
The Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team stages a series of evening races in Battersea Park. In 2026 the programme comprises four Tuesday evening events including several 5K races and a relay. The organiser has reduced the number of spring and summer races compared with previous years.

Courses use loops within the park and are described as flat and traffic free. Race headquarters and the 5K finish are on East Carriage Drive near the Millennium Arena and the Pear Tree Cafe; the relay HQ is adjacent to Rosery Gate. Parking is available at Rosery Gate or Chelsea Gate, with free parking on Tuesday evenings after 5pm. Facilities include a bag drop with a mailed bag tag, course-side water station, public toilets within the park, and pay showers at the Millennium Arena.
All races hold UK Athletics race permits, UKA course accuracy certification, and results are recognised by Power of 10. Registration is online only and closes three days before each race or when an event is full.
