The 19th annual Sproul event is a trail running race held at the Western Clinton Sportsmans Club in Hyner, Pennsylvania, with courses routed through Sproul State Forest. The event offers two distances listed below.
- 10 km course through Sproul State Forest with sustained climbing and descending.
- 5 km shorter trail option on the same general terrain.
