Sproul 10K

The 19th annual Sproul 10K is a trail running event held at the Western Clinton Sportsman's Association Clubhouse in North Bend, Pennsylvania. The event offers the following race distances:

Sproul 5K

The 10K course climbs for about three miles to the top of McCloskey Mountain and then continues approximately 3.5 miles downhill to the finish. The 10K is part of the Rocksylvania Trail Series Slate Division. The 5K is included in the Rocksylvania Trail Series Sandstone Division.

Registration opens December 18 at 8pm and is limited to the first 300 runners. Registration closes June 1 at 11:59PM ET and there are no race day sign ups. The event policy specifies no refunds, no deferrals, no bib switches, and no bandits. Dogs are not allowed on the course.
