Event overview
The 2026 Sprint to Spring 5K & Fun Run takes place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at George M. Steinbrenner Field, 1 Steinbrenner Drive, Tampa, FL. The event includes an on-site 5K and a Fun Run and offers a virtual registration option for participants who prefer to run off-site. A portion of the event proceeds will benefit the Yankees Tampa Foundation, which supports local organizations including Boys & Girls Clubs, Special Olympics, Feeding Tampa Bay, and the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay. The first 250 in-person participants will receive a commemorative bobblehead. After the event, participants may remain on site to watch the Yankees pitchers and catchers' open practice.
Entry, inclusions, and pricing
All registered participants receive a race bib, a custom finisher medal, and a race t-shirt. Participants also receive an exclusive link to purchase discounted Spring Training tickets for select games after February 1. Published pricing lists a base fee structure: Ages 12 and under $45, Ages 13 and older $55, Virtual registration $75; prices are noted as inclusive of mandatory charges and fees.
