Sprint For Survivors
The Sprint For Survivors is an annual running event held in Marysville, Ohio. The event takes place at Schwartzkopf Park and serves as a fundraiser to support trauma survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence. Funds raised from the event contribute to the operations of a transitional home managed by the organization She Dreams Again, which provides safe housing and life skills training in the Union County area.
The event offers three distinct distances to accommodate different levels of participation:
- 1 Mile
- 5k
- 10k
The gathering features a community atmosphere with additional amenities on-site. Participants can find a food truck at the venue, and prizes are awarded as part of the event activities. On-site registration is available the morning of the event at Schwartzkopf Park, located at 501 North Maple Street. This marks the 8th annual edition of the sprint, continuing its mission to raise awareness and support for local recovery programs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
