Springville Stampede
The Springville Stampede is a community running and walking event held at the Griffith Institute and Central School in Springville, New York. Hosted by the Springville Cross Country team and the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), this event features a 5K course that welcomes both runners and walkers.
The event utilizes multiple registration methods, including online credit card payments and paper applications for cash or check payments. Participants who register by May 13th receive a guaranteed event shirt in their requested size. All registered runners receive a SWAG bag and entry into a drawing for additional prizes.
Awards are presented to the overall male and female champions, as well as the top finishers in several age categories:
- 14 and under
- 15-19
- 20-29
- 30-39
- 40-49
- 50-59
- 60-69
- 70+
The race venue is located at 290 North Buffalo Street. In the event of severe weather or public safety concerns, the organizers reserve the option to reschedule the event or convert it into a virtual 5K format.
