Springtide 50k

The Springtide 50k is an ultra running event held in the historic town of Arundel, West Sussex. The race features a single-loop course through the scenic South Downs, offering a runnable and non-technical route ideal for both beginners and experienced ultra runners. Participants enjoy stunning views of rolling hills, grass trails, farm tracks, and forest paths.

The route starts near Arundel Castle, passes through Houghton Forest, Eartham Wood, Angmering Park, and Wepham Woods, before finishing along the River Arun back at the castle.
