Springtide 50k
The Springtide 50k is a single loop trail race that starts and finishes at Arundel Football Club in the Historic Town of Arundel, West Sussex. The route runs through the South Downs National Park and passes Houghton Forest, Eartham Wood, Findon, Angmering Park and Wepham Woods before returning along the River Arun. The course is fully signed and way marked.
Distance and profile: 50 km with approximately 3,200 ft of ascent and descent. Terrain is mainly trail, with 99% trail and 1% road. There are four well stocked aid stations on course.
Competition and recognition: the race is a UTMB Index event and awards 2 ITRA points. Permit number ARC/26/0230 applies to this race.
Entry and requirements: entries are on a first come, first served basis and will close two weeks before the event or once capacity is reached; a waitlist will operate when the race is full. Minimum age is 20 years and no qualifier is required. The entry fee listed is £78 and includes a mandatory GPS tracker; an early bird price of £100 is also shown.
Refunds, deferrals and transfers follow the organiser policy. Up to 3 January 2027 a 50% refund is available. After that date refunds are not given except for pregnancy, which may receive a full refund. Deferral and transfer windows and potential fees apply.
