The SPRING SPRUNG 5k-10k and Half Marathon
The event is organized by Rockinator Racing in Wildwood, Missouri, with a location listed as 221 Plaza Dr, Grover, MO 63040. It offers three distance options on paved pedestrian pathways through Wildwood Park and across local bridges.
The course layout described for the 5K starts at Racers Village at the farmers market, follows a paved pathway through the park and returns across the Wildwood bridges. The 10K and half marathon use turnarounds at Racers Village; the half marathon consists of two laps on a different route. Turnaround splits are timed for the 10K and the half.
Support and services include professional chip timing, aid stations at mile 2 and mile 4, and an additional aid station at mile 6 for the half marathon. The course is fully marked. Participants receive a Spring Sprung event T-shirt and a Rockinator Racing neck buff; race snacks, nonalcoholic drinks, music at Racers Village, free action photos and a finish-line video are provided.
Awards include custom medals to the top three in multiple age groups (1-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+) and overall male and female winners by event, with podiums and photos. Packet pickup is available race morning, with Wildwood Pub noted as a pickup location to help avoid lines.
