Spring Lake Memorial Classic 2Mile / 5K / 10K
The Spring Lake Memorial Classic takes place at The Arc Nature Coast - Brooksville Campus in eastern Hernando County, Florida, at 5283 Neff Lake Road, Brooksville, FL 34601. The event offers three road distances that run along tree‑draped roads and include very challenging hills, with scenic views and abundant native plants and wildlife.
The local environment includes oaks, magnolias, hickory and cedar trees, and animals such as red hawks, bald eagles, wild turkeys, pileated woodpeckers, bobcats, foxes, coyotes and white‑tail deer. Courses are described as shaded and winding through this natural setting.

- 2 Miles (The Perfect Stroll); chip timed, walking medal.
- 5K (Florida's Toughest 5K); age group awards.
- 10K (The Neff Lake Monster); age group awards.
Award details: the 2 Mile category has no age brackets; all participants in that category are chip timed and receive a walking medal. For the 5K and 10K, age group awards are three deep in five year age brackets for both male and female. Champion awards include Masters ages 40 plus, Grand‑Masters 50 plus, and Senior Grand‑Masters 65 and over. A runner may be eligible for only one award.
