The Spring Lake 5 Mile Run

The Spring Lake 5 Mile Run is held in Spring Lake, New Jersey. The 48th running of the event is scheduled for Friday, May 22, and Saturday, May 23, 2026.

The event includes two separate races:

The Spring Lake 5 Mile Race for participants ages 8 and up, scheduled for Saturday at 8:30 AM.
Kids' Races for participants ages 14 and under, scheduled for Friday at 6:00 PM.

The race starts at the intersection of Ocean Avenue and Sussex Avenue. Registration for the main five-mile run was closed at the time of the source text, as it had reached its participant limit. However, a limited number of entries may be available through charity partners. Registration for the kids' races was also temporarily closed but was set to re-open online.
