Connecting our Community Spring Into Green
This is a community running event in Cheyenne that highlights the south side Greenways and the theme Connecting Neighborhoods. The event uses the LCCC campus west entrance in Cheyenne, WY 82001 as the start and finish area.
The route follows a relatively flat paved surface. It passes under the College Drive underpass, includes a loop through the Sweetgrass development, then returns north through the underpass to a turnaround at Arp Elementary School. Course marshals are positioned along the route. Timing is provided by Foot of the Rockies.
Water is available at the start/finish and at both turnaround points; the event notes that using refillable water bottles reduces cup waste. Categories and awards are organized by gender for adult age groups and by youth age groups.

Awards: Adults receive first place awards by gender in age groups 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Youth categories 7-12 and 13-17 receive first and second place awards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
