Event overview
The Spring Ford Educational Foundation 5K (and Kids' Fun Run) takes place on Friday, May 15, 2026, in Royersford, PA. The in-person events are held at Spring-Ford Area High School, 350 South Lewis Road. The program includes a Kids Fun Run for children ages 1 to 12 and a 5K run/walk. A virtual 5K option is also offered for participants who run on their own and submit results.
Registration, fees and extras
The Kids Fun Run fee is $10. Student and non-student 5K registration has an early price period and a higher price after the early deadline; early fees listed are $22 for students and $28 for adults, with increased fees afterward. The virtual 5K fee is listed as $28 and is subject to a price increase after the early deadline. All 5K finishers receive a race medal. Participants who register for the 5K by April 1 receive a race-themed long-sleeve T-shirt while supplies last. Virtual participants must run a 5K and upload their time to the event virtual run log; virtual entrants are not eligible for age-group awards.
Awards and beneficiary
Awards are planned for the top overall male and female finishers and for male and female winners in the following age groups: Under 9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
