Spring Fling Duathlon/5k - Fresno
The event takes place at Woodward Park in Fresno, California, at the Friant / Ft. Washington entrance by the "compass". It includes in-person duathlon, duathlon relay, a 5k run/walk, and virtual duathlon and virtual 5k options.

Course details for in-person events begin at the "compass" at the northwest corner of Woodward Park. The first run loop goes east to the "cow loop", up the middle to the bridge, and back. The bike leg follows Eaton Trail to Old Friant Road, passes the River Center to Friant Road, includes a climb and a second loop on Old Friant Road, and returns toward the Ft Washington entrance. The final run repeats the first run loop and finishes south of the "compass". The 5k route follows the same general park loop, crosses the bridge for about 1/2 mile, then returns.
Participants at the in-person event receive a finisher's medal and T-shirt, and the event provides a Subway sandwich lunch, Rosa Brothers chocolate milk, prizes and giveaways, and free race photos. A valid USAT membership is required for the duathlon but not for the 5k or running-only events; a membership may be purchased during registration.
