Spring Fling Duathlon/5k - Fresno
The Spring Fling Duathlon/5k takes place on March 22, 2026, at Woodward Park in Fresno, California. The event includes in-person and virtual options and is staged from the Friant / Ft. Washington entrance near the park "compass."

Participants receive a finisher's medal and a T-shirt. Race-day provisions listed by the organizer include a Subway sandwich lunch, Rosa Brothers chocolate milk, prizes and giveaways, and free race photos. A valid USAT membership is required for the Duathlon but is not required for the 5k; the membership can be purchased during registration if needed.
Packet pickup is race day only and is located at the northeast corner of Woodward Park by the sundial, entering through the Friant entrance. Transition areas open for duathletes and the start/finish arch are located near the compass.
Course information describes start and finish at the compass on the northwest corner of Woodward Park. Run loops proceed west to the cow loop and across a bridge before returning to the compass. The bike course travels out Eaton Trail to Old Friant Road, passes the River Center, and returns toward the Ft Washington entrance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
