Wichita Falls 5k Run/Walk
The Spring Fling 5k Run/Walk is an outdoor event held in Wichita Falls, Texas. For the 2026 edition, the event adopts an 80's Rewind theme and takes place at Hamilton Park. This location serves as the permanent venue following a relocation from Lucy Park. The course follows an out-and-back route that begins at the Hamilton Park Pavilion.
Participants travel along a fully paved trail that measures 10 feet in width. The path is situated adjacent to Holliday Creek and Weeks Park. This event is self-timed, as participants are responsible for tracking their own race duration.

All participants who cross the finish line receive a finisher's medal. Event shirts are provided to individuals who complete their registration by April 17. Packet pickup and last-minute registrations are available at the park on the morning of the event before the participants line up for the start.
