Spring Dash
Spring Dash is a multi-distance running event held in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The race festivities are centered at McEuen Park, located at 420 E Front Ave. All participants start and finish their runs at this central park location, which features views of the lakefront and blooming trees as winter concludes and the new season begins.
The event features several different distances to accommodate different preferences:
- Half Marathon (13.1 Miles)
- 10K
- 5K
- Tot Trot (Ages 12 and under)
The Tot Trot is specifically designed for younger participants. Children between the ages of 1 and 5 navigate a 1/3 mile course, while those between the ages of 6 and 12 complete a 2/3 mile course.
Participants run along a scenic route that utilizes the fresh air and environment of the Coeur d'Alene area during the transition into spring. Registration for these events typically opens in September of the preceding year, with different fee structures for each race distance. The atmosphere of the event is centered on the natural beauty of the local scenery and the energy of the changing season. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
