Courses and support
The 5K, 10K and half marathon courses are USATF certified (IDs: 5K ID22003LAB, 10K ID22004LAB, half ID22005LAB). The 10K and half marathon use long sections of the North Idaho Centennial Trail. The 5K begins with a 1/3 mile loop in McEuen Park. The 10K and half include aid stations with water, sports drink and toilets at specified mile markers. Course difficulty is rated easy for the 5K, easy with one moderate hill for the 10K, and moderate for the half marathon because of distance and hills. The 10K is approved as a Bloomsday Run second seed qualifier.
Tot Trot, awards and registration
The Tot Trot is untimed, on a 1/3 mile loop in McEuen Park; ages 6-10 complete two laps, ages 1-5 complete one lap and parents may assist. Finishers in the 5K, 10K and half marathon receive finisher medals; overall and age-group awards are given. Online registration closes Friday, April 24 at 7:00 PM and there is no race day registration. Packet pickup is available Friday, April 24 at Sportsman & Ski Haus and at the McEuen Park pavilion on race morning. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
