Hauser Lake Icebreaker Run 5k/10k
The Hauser Lake Icebreaker Run is an annual community running event held around Hauser Lake in Hauser, Idaho (10702 Fay Place). The event includes in-person and virtual options and supports a local animal charity, with 100% of proceeds benefiting special needs dogs at Double J Dog Ranch.
Race features and services include chip timing, a paved road course, finisher medals for all participants, and bandanas for dogs. Trophies are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each age group. A food and coffee truck will be on site. Virtual participants receive mailed shirts and race numbers.
Walkers and dogs are permitted on the course; dog handlers must start at the back of the pack. Puppies must be at least four months old and fully vaccinated. The 10K course is a Bloomsday Second Seed Qualifier and is USA Track & Field certified.
