Spring Ahead Duathlon & Bike Race
The event takes place on 05/08/2027 at Terra Nonno Winery in Woodstown, New Jersey. The course uses quiet scenic roads for the bike legs and mostly road for the runs, finishing with a section on vineyard grounds. Post race food and wine are part of the onsite offerings.
Race formats include multiple multisport and bike options. Distances published by the organizer include:
- Duathlon: 1 mile run, 14 mile bike, 5 km run
- Duathlon Relay: same course as the duathlon, total 18.1 miles
- Super Sprint Duathlon: 1 mile run, 7 mile bike, about 2 mile run
- Bike Race: 28 miles
- Bike Only time trial: 21 mile event
Swag and participant items listed by the organizer include a finisher medal, custom wine glass and coaster, a glass of wine, a shirt, and free race photos. Awards are planned for the duathlon overall top finishers and age group top finishers, and for top bike finishers overall. Age group categories span from 14 and under through 75 and over.
This is a USAT sanctioned event. Participants must have an active USAT membership that does not expire before the event conclusion and must follow USAT rules. Photo ID is required for all athletes. Other listed rules include no drafting beyond the allowed pass time, headphones prohibited, helmets secured at all times when handling a bike, and athletes must pick up their own packets.
