Spread the Love Color Run to benefit Special Olympics New Mexico
The Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office is hosting the 2nd Annual Spread the Love Color Run in Albuquerque to benefit Special Olympics New Mexico. The event takes place at 5500 Balloon Fiesta Parkway NE and offers two run and walk options.
- 5K run and walk, registration fees listed as $45 for adults and $25 for youth
- 1K fun run and walk, registration fees listed as $25 for adults and $15 for youth
Registration opens on June 16, 2026 and closes on July 11, 2026. All registrations include a t-shirt for entries completed prior to July 1; shirts cannot be guaranteed for registrations after July 1.
Packet pick up is scheduled for Friday, July 10 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Sports Systems, 6915 Montgomery Blvd. NE. For participants who cannot pick up on July 10, packets are available the morning of the event from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM prior to the start.
