Spotswood Annual 5K Walk & Race
The event is scheduled for September 12, 2026, at Spotswood High School, 105 Summerhill Rd, Spotswood, NJ 08884. The program includes a combined walk and a 5K run covering 3.1 Miles.
The course runs through the streets of Spotswood and is marked with white arrows. Volunteers are stationed along the route. Two water stations are located on course, at the one mile mark and the two mile mark. Organizers provide participant T shirts for registered entrants and trophies for top finishers.
Registration opens April 4, 2026 and closes August 29, 2026. The stated registration fee is $35.00.
Participants must maintain a pace of 15 minutes per mile or faster for the 5K. If a participant falls below that pace, race organizers cannot guarantee course support. In that case water stations, medical support, bathrooms, and road closures may become unavailable, and local police or organizers may request that the participant move to the sidewalk or be transported forward on course.
