About the race
Sporting Paws Fall Flash Dash is a canicross event at Pennington Flash Country Park on 11 October 2026. The route uses scenic trails through forest, open parkland, and around lakes.
The course is mostly flat with a few inclines. Routes are clearly marked and marshals are positioned throughout. Safety and dog welfare are priorities, with opportunities for water, rest, and on-course support.
Facilities at the park close to the start and finish include on-site parking, a café for refreshments, and toilets. Teams may run with up to two dogs.
Distances offered:
- Long course: 4 to 5 km
- Short course: 1.5 to 2 km
