Sporting Paws Fall Flash Dash
Sporting Paws Fall Flash Dash is an inclusive canicross event held at Pennington Flash Country Park. The event uses scenic trails through woodland and around lakes within the park and routes run through open parkland and well-maintained paths.
The course is mostly flat with a few inclines. Routes are clearly marked and marshals are positioned throughout. Organizers state that safety and dog welfare are priorities, with opportunities for water, rest, and support along the way.
Distances:
- Long: approximately 4-5 km
- Short: approximately 1.5-2 km
Facilities listed for the event include onsite parking, a café for refreshments, and toilets close to the start and finish area. Teams may run with up to two dogs. There are no separate prize categories for multi-dog teams.
