Spooky Shuffle 5K : Gahanna

The Spooky Shuffle 5K is the fifth annual fundraiser presented by the Gahanna Community Chorus. The event takes place at Creekside Park and Arboretum in Gahanna, Ohio on October 17 and supports the chorus budget so the group can offer many performances free throughout the year.

The event offers multiple participation options:

• 5K Race
• Monster Mash Dash (kids run)

The atmosphere is family and dog friendly. The program includes a kids race, an optional costume contest with prizes, a DJ, and a sung kickoff by members of the Gahanna Community Chorus. Participants receive medals and t-shirts as part of the event swag, and refreshments are available at the finish area.

Awards are given for top overall times by male, female, and non-binary runners, plus costume awards. The published cost range is $10 to $40 with specific pricing listed for the 5K and kids dash. Race day procedures include registration and packet pickup, and a schedule also lists the costume contest and the kid’s dash in addition to the 5K.
