2026 Spooky Nook 5K Ruck Race
The Spooky Nook 5K Ruck Race takes place on November 7, 2026, at Spooky Nook Sports in Manheim, Pennsylvania, located at 2913 Spooky Nook Road. The course uses area trails including the Lancaster Junction Trail and includes ruck-specific fitness challenges and obstacles placed along the route.
The event distance is 5K. Divisions are offered in RX, Open, and Novice categories. RX divisions list men with a 45 lb ruck and women with a 35 lb ruck. Open divisions list men with a 30 lb ruck and women with a 20 lb ruck. Novice divisions list men with a 20 lb ruck and women with a 10 lb ruck. Masters categories for age 45 and over are indicated for several divisions with the same ruck weights noted for those masters classes.
