Spirit of Sierah Color Run
The Spirit of Sierah Color Run honors the life and legacy of Sierah Joughin. The event takes place at the University of Toledo Centennial Mall in Toledo, Ohio on October 25, 2026. It is presented by Justice for Sierah, a nonprofit focused on self defense, advocacy, and support to prevent violence.
Participants can choose to walk or run one of the following routes:
- 5K run or virtual 5K
- One mile Fun Run for kids and families
This is not a timed event. Each registration includes a high quality t shirt and a finishers medal. Registration must be received by October 4, 2026 to guarantee a t shirt. All proceeds from the event will benefit Justice for Sierah.
Justice for Sierah reports that its Sierah Strong programs have provided self defense training to 6,000 children, distributed 3,000 KidPrint IDs, and reached 50 schools. Sierah’s Law passed in Ohio unanimously in December 2018 establishing a violent offender database. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
