Spartanburg Run for Babies 5K
The Spartanburg Run for Babies is a 5K road race held as part of the March of Dimes Run for Babies campaign. The 2026 edition is the fifth annual event and is based at Fifth Third Park, home of the Hub City Spartanburgers. The race benefits March of Dimes and its programs focused on maternal and infant health, including research, advocacy, resources for expectant families, and training for health professionals.

Date: April 18, 2026. The race has moved to Fifth Third Park, 158 Pollard Street, Spartanburg, SC 29306. Parking is available at the Spartanburgers Parking Garage. Registration fees listed on the event page are $30 for general entries and a reduced rate for children under 12; youth pricing shows $20 through February 28 and $25 through race day. The listed entry fee increases after March 20, 2026.
Packet pickup is scheduled at Hub City Runners on Thursday, April 16, and onsite on race morning. Awards are planned for the top three finishers in each age division, with handcrafted awards for age groups ranging from 1-9 up to 80+. The organizer lists opportunities for sponsorship, fundraising teams, volunteer engagement, and local advocacy. A route map is available for the course.
