Bear Mountain Trail Challenge
The Bear Mountain Trail Challenge takes place at Bear Mountain State Park in New York on May 2, 2026. The event offers the following distances:

- Half Marathon

The course is primarily singletrack with technical sections and rolling climbs. Runners will encounter tree cover, rocky and rooted trail, leaf litter, muddy stretches, slippery rocks, and occasional stream crossings. Some sections are more open and runnable, while other sections require careful footing. There are no very large climbs, but the route generally features frequent ascents and descents.
