Southwater Team Sprint Triathlon 2026
The event takes place on 13 September 2026 at Southwater Country Park, RH13 7UN, Southwater, England. It is organised by Raw Energy Pursuits and run as a team relay triathlon for club or composite teams of three competitors.
Race format and distances
Each team has three members. Team member No. 1 starts the swim, cycle and run, followed by No. 2 and then No. 3. The team finishing time is recorded when team member No. 3 completes the course. Wave 1 uses a mass swim start. Wave 2 and Wave 3 use time-trial starts from a pontoon with individual start times recorded. Wetsuits are compulsory for the swim.

Categories include top male and female teams, veteran teams, mixed teams, and a junior team prize. To qualify as a veteran team all three members must be over 40 on race day. Junior teams must meet the event age requirements for 2026.
Entry, timing and safety
Standard entry is £150 per team, increasing to £156 from 1 May 2026. An administration fee is applied by the online entry system. Competitors must have a British Triathlon race licence or purchase a British Triathlon Race Pass for the event. The event is timed by ST App Service; there is no chip timing. The lake and surrounding area are supervised but may be closed for safety reasons.
