The Cape Cod Marathon Weekend takes place in Falmouth, Massachusetts on October 10 and 11, 2026. The Marathon Relay follows the marathon course and consists of five legs ranging from 2.8 to 7.5 miles. The Kids' Fun Run is run on a cinder track in loops of one-fifth of a mile. Course descriptions note routes that run along Vineyard Sound and coastal roads with views of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket Sound. The half marathon is an out-and-back route with one short hill near the 3.5 and 9.75 mile marks. Courses are open to traffic but are monitored by police, flaggers, and volunteers.
