The Southbury Turkey Trot takes place on Thursday, November 26, 2026 at Maxx 365 Fitness Studio, 730 Main Street South, Southbury, CT.

The 5K has a pre-registration fee of $30.00 and the Kids Fun Run has a pre-registration fee of $10.00. Participants pay 50% of processing fees online; the Southbury Women's Club pays the other 50%. Online registration closes Tuesday, November 24, 2026 at 11:59 pm. There is no race day registration. T-shirts are preordered, not available after November 1, and adult sizes offered are XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL. No refunds. Unclaimed race shirts will be distributed to other participants if not picked up by the start of the race.
The course is USATF certified. The route runs down Main Street South, turns right onto Oak Tree Road, then turns left back onto Main Street South. The organizer describes the course as flat and fast.
Team competition requires a minimum of three participants per team and a team name must be provided during registration. Awards are given based on gun time only and require minimum enrollment numbers: at least 100 registered per gender for overall awards and at least 10 registered per gender for age group awards.
