South Wales 26 ROAD is an ultimate triathlon event held at Llys y Frân Country Park & Reservoir in Pembrokeshire, UK. This adventurous weekend combines stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), mountain biking, and trail running. Participants can choose between a standard distance (3K SUP, 20K MTB, 5K trail run) or a long distance (6K SUP, 40K MTB, 10K trail run), with options for team relays.
