Mid Wales 26 - ROAD is a two-day SUPBIKERUN event at Fforest Fields in Hundred House, Powys on 16-17 May 2026. The event combines stand up paddle boarding, road cycling, and trail running. The venue sits on 500 acres of private farmland and woodland and offers a range of camping options, including grass pitches, hard-standing, electric hook-up, and luxury yurts. Camping must be booked directly with the venue.

Format and distances

Day 1 is a SUP training day with free SUP lessons offered to participants, including beginner sessions, a masterclass, and SUP yoga; water access passes are available for friends and family. Day 2 is the main SUPBIKERUN event.

Distances:

  • Standard: 2K SUP, 21K road bike, 5K trail run
  • Long: 4K SUP, 42K road bike, 10K trail run

The bike route is a 21 km clockwise loop from the venue; long-distance riders complete two laps. Bike distances are a guide and may be shortened or lengthened due to road conditions, road works, or bad weather.

Tickets and inclusions

Standard and long distance ticket options are listed with separate prices for board hire. Relay tickets are also available from a per-person rate. Ticket prices include event entry, a finishers medal, a SUPBIKERUN Tech-Tee, professional timing, and a beer at the finish; long and relay tickets include a parking permit. A £10 discount applies if a participant allows their paddle board to be reused after their SUP leg. E-bikes are allowed and ticket payments can be split over three months.
