South Downs 100 mile (Autumn Event)
The South Downs 100 mile is a single-loop trail race through the South Downs National Park. The event is based at Plumpton Racecourse in Lewes, East Sussex. The course includes more than 12,000 ft of elevation, rolling hills and multiple viewpoints. There are 12 aid stations positioned along the route and a 34 hour cutoff time. Free onsite camping is provided over the weekend.
The 100 mile race is part of the South Downs Triple Crown, a challenge beginning in 2025 that requires completing three ultra distance races within the calendar year.
