Registration, logistics and awards
Registration is open to ages 1 to 99. Standard entry pricing listed on the event page is $30, with a youth rate of $25 for ages 1-20; a volunteer-and-run option is listed at $15. Prices increase after December 27, 2025. Packet pickup is race day only and opens one hour before the event. A virtual participation option is available; shipped packets incur a $10 shipping and handling charge.
Race registration includes a T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal (also described as a wine stopper), a chip-timed race bib, and a pour of wine for eligible participants. Minors receive a discounted registration that includes a shirt, medal and bib but do not receive a wine glass or wine pour. Top three finishers in each age category receive age group awards; awards must be picked up on race day and will not be shipped. Strollers are allowed but not recommended due to uneven ground.
