Registration shows spots remaining: 160 total - 130 for the in-person 5K and 30 for the virtual event. Registration fees are listed in Canadian dollars and taxes and processing fees are displayed at checkout. Registration is open in tiered pricing windows (early, regular, late) with different fees for in-person and virtual entries. Canadian residents only; overseas applicants are not accepted. Registrations are non-refundable, and style substitutions and size exchanges are not permitted.
All in-person participants receive a pair of HOKA Rincon 4 shoes and a finisher medal; shoe sizes are limited. Listed HOKA Rincon 4 sizes: men’s D width 8–13; women’s B width 6–11. Virtual participants receive running shoes and a finisher medal shipped to their home; a shipping charge of $13.99 is added for virtual orders. National sponsors include Hoka and Running Room.
