Solstice 5K - Winnipeg

The Solstice 5K event will take place on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at St. Vital Park in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The event features an in-person 5km run/walk as well as a virtual option for participation from anywhere in Canada.

All registered participants will receive a pair of HOKA Rincon 4 running shoes and a finisher medal. Shoe sizes are available in men's D width and women's B width, covering a standard range of sizes. It is noted that shoe sizes are limited and registrations are non-refundable.

For participants in the virtual option, the kit containing the shoes and medal will be shipped to their home address. Additional shipping fees apply. The national sponsors for the event are Hoka and Running Room. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
