Solstice 5K - Winnipeg
The Solstice 5K - Winnipeg is a running event held at St. Vital Park on River Road in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This event celebrates the longest days of summer by inviting participants to run against the sunset during the summer solstice.
Participants can choose between two participation modes:
- 5 km Run/Walk (in-person)
- 5 km Virtual (available for those participating from any location within Canada)
All registered participants receive a pair of HOKA Rincon 4 running shoes, with sizes available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, finishers receive a commemorative medal featuring a unique design where a miniature Earth orbits the sun.
Registration is restricted to Canadian residents only; overseas applicants are not accepted. For those choosing the virtual format, the race kit including the shoes and finisher medal is shipped to their home address. Registrations are non-refundable, and the event organizers do not permit style substitutions or size exchanges for the footwear provided.
