Hot Chocolate Hustle is the fourth annual winter trail run at FortWhyte Alive, McCreary Road, Winnipeg, MB, Canada. Registration and race details
Registration is organized into five waves to manage trail use and seating for the pancake breakfast. Entrants cannot change between waves or switch distances after registering. Registration fees listed in the event materials range from $82.59 to $87.96 depending on registration period. Registration windows shown run from Nov 12 through Jan 22, with a change in fee on Jan 4.
Race package pick-up is scheduled on the two days before the event. The event is a timed race and includes a branded bib, race day timing, a branded toque and mittens, a finishers' medal, and post-race hot chocolate and breakfast. Participants were invited to consider making a donation to FortWhyte Alive; funds raised support trail maintenance, community access to nature, and experiential environmental education for youth.
