Registration and entry
Registration is limited by available spots: total 165 spots remaining, with 125 for the in-person 5K and 40 for the virtual event. Registration is in Canadian dollars and restricted to Canadian residents; overseas applicants are not accepted. The 5K and virtual entries have tiered pricing: Early Bird, Regular, and Late rates (examples shown on the event page). Example fees displayed are approximately CAD 136.72 (Early), CAD 142.11 (Regular), and CAD 147.50 (Late) for the in-person 5K; virtual fees are shown at approximately CAD 130.25 (Early), CAD 135.63 (Regular), and CAD 141.02 (Late).
All participants receive a pair of Running Shoes (HOKA Rincon 4 for in-person) and a finisher medal. Shoe sizes are limited and listed by men’s and women’s sizes; style substitutions and size exchanges are not permitted. Virtual entries have shoes and medal shipped to the home address; a CAD 13.99 shipping fee applies. Registrations are not refundable. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
