General Information

The Solstice 5K is a 5 km run/walk event taking place in Vancouver. The event is scheduled for Sunday, June 21, 2026. There is an in-person participation option and a virtual option.

Course and Location

The in-person event is held at 8901 Stanley Park Dr, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Registration and Fees

Two registration categories are available.

5K Run/Walk: The advance registration fee is $142.11 CAD. The regular price is $147.50 CAD.
Virtual: The advance registration fee is $135.63 CAD. The regular price is $141.02 CAD. For the virtual option, a $13.99 CAD shipping fee is added to the order. Registration is open to Canadian residents only.

Shoes and Medal

All registered participants, both in-person and virtual, will receive a pair of HOKA Rincon 4 running shoes and a finisher medal. Shoe size availability is limited. Registrations are non-refundable, and style substitutions or size exchanges are not permitted.
