Entry, fees and included items
Registration is limited to Canadian residents; overseas applicants are not accepted. Fees are shown in Canadian dollars and vary by registration period. Example fee levels listed are: 5K Run/Walk : $136.72 (early), $142.11 (advance), $147.50 (regular); Virtual : $130.25 (early), $135.63 (advance), $141.02 (regular). A $13.99 shipping charge applies to virtual entries.
All participants receive a pair of running shoes and a finisher medal. In-person entries specify the HOKA Rincon 4 shoe model; shoe sizes are limited. Available men’s sizes (D width): 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, 12, 13. Available women’s sizes (B width): 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11. Registrations are not refundable; style substitutions and size exchanges are not permitted. Virtual participants will have shoes and medals shipped to their home address.
