Event Information
The Solstice 5K is a 5 km run/walk event scheduled for Sunday, June 21, 2026, in Ottawa. The event offers two participation formats: an in-person race and a virtual option.
The in-person event will start at the Canal Ritz, located at 375 Queen Elizabeth Driveway in Ottawa. For the virtual option, participants can run from anywhere in Canada at their convenience.
All registered participants, both in-person and virtual, will receive a pair of running shoes (HOKA Rincon 4 model for the in-person race) and a finisher medal. Shoe size availability is limited.
Participants in the virtual option should note a shipping fee applies for the delivery of the participant kit. Registrations for the event are non-refundable, and style substitutions or size exchanges are not permitted.
