This event is a 5 kilometre run held on June 21, 2026 at the Canal Ritz, Queen Elizabeth Driveway, Ottawa, ON, Canada. It offers both an in person race and a virtual option available to participants across Canada.

All participants receive a pair of HOKA Rincon 4 shoes and a finisher medal. Shoe sizes are limited; available men's and women's sizes are listed by the organizer. Registrations are non refundable and style substitutions or size exchanges are not permitted.
For virtual entries, shoes and the medal will be shipped to the participant's address and a shipping fee of CA$13.99 will be added. Displayed fees are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes or processing fees. The organizer states that registration is open to Canadian residents only and overseas applicants are not accepted.
