Event Information
The Solstice 5K Ottawa is a 5 km run or walk taking place on June 21, 2026. The event is held on Queen Elizabeth Driveway in Ottawa, with the specific address being the Canal Ritz.
Participation Formats
Two formats are offered:
- 5K Run/Walk: An in-person participation.
- Virtual: A remote participation from anywhere in Canada, with race kit shipped to the participant's home.
Included with Registration
All participants registered for the in-person event will receive a pair of HOKA Rincon 4 shoes and a finisher medal. Virtual participants will also receive a pair of running shoes and a medal. Shoe sizes are available in a limited range for both men and women.
A virtual entry incurs additional shipping fees. Registrations are non-refundable and no style substitutions or size exchanges are permitted.
