There are 233 total registration spots remaining: 153 spots for the in-person 5K and 80 spots for the virtual event. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars; taxes and processing fees are not included. Early, regular, and late registration periods are listed with date ranges.
In-person participants receive a pair of HOKA Rincon 4 shoes and a finisher medal. Men’s shoe sizes available: 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, 12, 13. Women’s sizes available: 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11. Shoe sizes are limited; registrations are not refundable and style substitutions or size exchanges are not permitted.
Virtual participants receive running shoes and a finisher medal shipped to their home address; a shipping fee of $13.99 will be added. Registration is restricted to Canadian residents; overseas applicants are not accepted. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
