Sole Mates is a community running event held in Cary, North Carolina, with in-person and virtual options. The event features multiple race formats and family-friendly entries at WakeMed Soccer Park.

Medals and a finisher gift are included for 5K, 6.5 Mile, and Fun Mile participants in both in-person and virtual categories; items are guaranteed for registrants by January 30. The event awards overall and age group placements plus special awards including Picking Up the Pace and New Course Record prizes, with over $7,000 in potential awards and prizes. Course records at WakeMed Soccer Park are listed for several divisions, including a 5K male record of 16:40 (2016) and recent 6.5 Mile records from 2026.
