Participants may race individually or as a doubles team; doubles teams are ranked by combined finish times with separate awards for each category. Finishers in the 5K, 6.5 Mile, and Fun Mile receive a medal and a gift (guaranteed for registrations completed by February 1). The event lists over $7,000 in potential overall, age-group, special, and course-record awards. Referral, team recruitment, and fundraising reward programs offer refunds or credits based on participation targets.
