Sofia's Hope Reason to Run 5K
Sofia's Hope Reason to Run 5K offers two participation options: an in person 5K at Deering Estate in Miami and a virtual 5K that can be completed anywhere between October 31 and November 7, 2026. The in person event takes place on November 7, 2026.
Online registration is available beginning June 1 and closes November 6. The standard registration fee is $35. A $10 increase applies from November 6.

Packet pick-up is available at the Florida Blue location across from The Falls (8895 SW 136 Street) on October 29 and October 31, and packets are also available on race day at Check-In. All participants receive race swag, including a custom medal and an official shirt. Swag will be mailed via USPS after November 7. Organizers will award medals to top finishers.
A post race family festival will be held overlooking Biscayne Bay and will include food, drink, music and prizes. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
