Snyder Shriners 5K
The Snyder Shriners 5K is a community run and walk held in Bloomington, Illinois at 1 Brickyard Drive on October 17, 2026. The event offers both an in-person 5K and a virtual 5K option. Registration fees are listed at $34.09 during the early window and rise to $44.79 later. Event shirts are available while quantities last.
Packet pickup is available at Tentac Enterprises, 1 Brickyard Drive. Pickup times are Friday, October 16 from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm, and race morning from 7:00 am to 7:50 am. Participants may pick up packets for friends and family.
The course is USATF certified with certificate ID IL23002NM. Timing and scoring are provided by ShaZam Racing. The event benefits Shriners Children’s Hospital and lists fundraising progress for the Bloomington Shrine Club, which has raised $1,334.65 toward a $20,000 goal.
Awards include overall gun time awards for the top male and top female, and age group net time awards for the top three males and females in multiple age divisions from 9 and under through 70 and over.
