Snowman Triathlon, Duathlon and Swims
The Snowman event is a multisport festival held at Plas y Brenin, Capel Curig, in Eryri (Snowdonia). It combines open water lake swims, road cycling and mountain trail running across multiple distances. The event is presented as a multi-terrain triathlon and duathlon with courses that use local roads, lake water and mountain trails.

- Standard: swim 1500 m, bike 69.3 km, run 8.7 km

- Sprint Duathlon: run 2.3 km, bike 27.1 km, run 6.3 km
- 1500 m swim
- 2.4 mile swim
Event services include a lively event village with music, commentary, shopping, food and chill zones, family friendly finishes, marshals and on course support, finisher mementos and professional chip timing with online results. The event supports the Mountain Adventure Fund and offers some free places for fundraisers with a minimum sponsorship requirement.
