Snow Devil Snowshoe Spartan Ultra - Riverside Farm, Pittsfield, VT
The Snow Devil Snowshoe Spartan Ultra is a Spartan Founders event held at Riverside Farm in Pittsfield, Vermont, in the Green Mountains. It is described as the original Spartan Founders event and the oldest Spartan challenge since 2003.
The course is on technical mountain terrain with deep snow and mandatory snowshoes. The route includes sustained climbs, including a roughly thousand-foot, three-mile ascent, and passes through a dense spruce area known as the Labyrinth.
