Event
The Sleigh Bell Trot takes place on Monday, November 24, 2025, amid the light displays of Holiday Lights on the River. The event distance is 4 Mile Race. The field is capped at 1,250 runners. Registration is non-refundable and the event is held rain or shine. Early bird fee by 11/3 is $35; 11/4–11/23 fee is $40; on 11/24 fee is $45. Military discounts are available. Race registrants receive a finisher’s medal, a t-shirt, and access to water stations; shirts are guaranteed for the first 1,150 runners. Trot awards are given to 1st–3rd place finishers male and female overall and in the following age divisions: 8 & under, 10 & under, 12 & under, 14 & under, 19 & under, 24 & under, 29 & under, 34 & under, 39 & under, 44 & under, 49 & under, 54 & under, 59 & under, 64 & under, 69 & under, and 70 & over.
Logistics
The event is at Saluda Shoals Park - East, 6071 St. Andrews Rd, Columbia, SC. All parking for the Sleigh Bell Stroll and Trot is located at the Saluda Shoals Park East entrance, which is between Wendy’s and Aldi. Packet pick-up is available on Friday, November 21 and Saturday, November 22, and also on the night of the event. For safety reasons, dogs are not allowed at the Sleigh Bell Trot.
