SLC Track Club 48th Annual Winter Race Series
The SLC Track Club Winter Race Series returns for its 48th edition in Salt Lake City. The event is held just west of the airport, with the DoubleTree by Hilton serving as the host hotel. Participants can access the indoor ballroom for warmth and shelter before and after the races. The series consists of three main road running events scheduled throughout January and February:
- 5K
- 10K
- 15K
The 10K event is designated as the 2026 RRCA Western Region Championship. In addition to the in-person races, a virtual option is available for those who wish to complete all three distances remotely. A makeup run is also scheduled for early March.
Cash prizes are awarded at each race to the top three finishers in the Male, Female, and Nonbinary categories. These prizes are also available for the top three runners in the Masters (40+) age groups. Additional raffle prizes, such as gift cards and running footwear, are distributed during the events. Individuals who register before December 26th are guaranteed a race shirt in their preferred size.
Packet pickup takes place at the Salt Lake Running Company. The races are USATF sanctioned, and as such, animals are not permitted on the course with the exception of designated service animals. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
