Slateman Triathlon & Duathlon 2027
Slateman is a multi distance triathlon and duathlon held in Llanberis on 13 June 2027. The triathlon starts with a swim in Llyn Padarn beneath Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), follows a bike route that climbs the Llanberis Pass into the mountains of Eryri, and finishes with a trail run through the Dinorwig slate quarries into the centre of Llanberis.

- Sprint: Swim 750 metres, Bike 20.2 km, Run 5.8 km
- Standard: Swim 1500 metres, Bike 49.9 km, Run 11.7 km
- Legend 70.3: Swim 1,900 metres, Bike 92.6 km, Run 23.1 km
- Ultra 140.6: Swim 2.4 miles, Bike 180 km, Run 44.5 or 49.9 km
- Standard Duathlon: Run 5.8 km, Bike 49.9 km, Run 11.7 km
The event includes an event village with music, commentary, shopping, food and chill out zones, family friendly finishes, on course support from marshals, signage and pick up vehicles, and chip timing with live online results. Organisers provide uniquely designed finisher mementos and state that event services are available in English and Welsh. Slateman is also part of an Adventure Triathlon and Duathlon Series that links this event with the Superfeet Sandman, and the organiser highlights environmental initiatives such as Tees for Trees and other responsible event measures.
