Event Overview
The Skip Matthews Memorial Run takes place in Lebanon, New Hampshire on June 21, 2026. It features two separate events: a 1-mile fun run/walk and a 4-mile run.

Course Details
Both events start at the Lebanon green and finish at Colburn Park. The 1-mile route goes along Bank Street to the old Lebanon Junior High School, joins the Northern Rail Trail, and returns to the finish. The 4-mile run is a loop course that follows the Northern Rail Trail for two miles, then uses Riverside Drive and Packard Covered Bridge before finishing. The 4-mile run is chip-timed and has USATF Race Certification #NH16007BK.
Registration
Registration for the 4-mile run has two fee tiers: $34.09 for participants 19 and older, and $28.74 for those 18 and under. For the 1-mile Fun Run/Walk, donations are encouraged. Early registration ends on June 8, 2026.
Additional Information
Preregistered runners can pick up their chipped bibs starting at 8:00 AM on event day. A free t-shirt is included with early registration. Awards are given to the 1st overall male and female runners in the 4-mile run, as well as to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in male and female age groups. A free post-run BBQ lunch is provided by Salt hill Pub. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
