Skip Matthews Memorial Run
The Skip Matthews Memorial Run takes place in Lebanon, New Hampshire, and features two distinct events for participants. The event is centered around the Lebanon green and Colburn Park, utilizing local roads and the Northern Rail Trail.
The primary distance is a 4-mile run that follows a fast loop course. It begins at the Lebanon green and moves onto the Northern Rail Trail for two miles before transitioning to Riverside Drive. The route passes the Packard Covered Bridge and proceeds to Bank Street Extension, concluding at Colburn Park. This distance is a chip-timed event and holds USATF Race Certification #NH16007BK.
Additionally, the event includes a 1-mile Fun Run/Walk. This shorter course starts at the Lebanon green, follows Bank Street to the site of the old Lebanon Junior High School, joins the Northern Rail Trail, and finishes at Colburn Park.

The event provides a free t-shirt for participants who complete early registration by the designated June deadline. Awards are presented to the first overall male and female runners, as well as to the top three male and female finishers in various age groups.
