Six Days in the Dome is an indoor ultrarunning event held at a climate-controlled facility in Milwaukee, WI, located at 500 South 84th Street. The venue maintains cool, stable conditions with reported temperature and humidity ranges and uses a 12 millimeter Regupol Kombi running surface.

Organizers run two Invitational 24-Hour race slots on separate weekend days with a maximum of 25 entries total; 20 places are first come, first served and five slots are reserved by the race directors. Qualifying performance examples are provided for invitation consideration. Results for each fixed-duration category are consolidated across all days into a single combined result set.
The course is USATF certified (WI19001BW) and the event is sanctioned by the IAU; the event received a first-year Bronze Label with an expected label upgrade for 2026. Registration closes on June 27. Refund rules: full entry-fee refunds (less processing and sales taxes) are available before April 1; partial refunds of entry fees and full refunds for other items are available upon request through May 1; after May 1 no refunds are issued.
