Fixed-time race results are consolidated across days: all 12-hour results are combined into a single 12-hour result, and the same applies for 24-hour, 48-hour, and 72-hour events. An invitational 24-hour race is offered with a maximum of 25 entries; most slots are first-come-first-served while a small number are reserved by the race directors. Runners not selected for the invitational may be placed in the regular 24-hour race or receive a refund according to the event policy.
Venue and certification
The venue is indoor and climate controlled, with target conditions of about 50-55 degrees and 30-35% humidity. The running surface is 12 millimeter Regupol Kombi. The course is USATF certified (WI14001DM) and the event is sanctioned by the IAU; it received a first-year Bronze Label.
Refund policy
Full refunds of entry fees, less processing fees and sales taxes, are available before April 1. Until May 1 a refund of 50% of entry fees and 100% of other purchased items is available. After May 1 there are no refunds. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
