SISU Hyrox SIM Event - Powered by Wodify
The SISU Hyrox SIM Event takes place on September 20, 2026 at Hopkins High School in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The event is held outdoors and offers timed Hyrox style SIM formats for individuals and teams. Chip timing is used and prizes are planned for top finishers. Heat times are scheduled to be released the week of the event.
Early bird pricing is available through July 3, with standard pricing after that date. The published fees are: Half Rox individual early bird $75 and $100 after July 3; Partner division early bird $190 and $220 after July 3; Singles division early bird $125 and $165 after July 3.
The event offers multiple formats with repeated running segments separated by functional work stations. Distances and formats include:
- Half Rox: 600 m runs with work stations between.
- Partner Division: eight 1000 m runs with work stations between.
- Singles Division: eight 1000 m runs with work stations between.
Work stations for the Half Rox format include a 500 m row, 60 m burpee broad jump, sled push and sled pull with gender specific loads, 500 m ski, farmers carry with gender specific loads, double dumbbell walking lunge, and wallballs with gender specific weights and reps. The Partner and Singles formats list similar stations scaled to the 1000 m run format with specified loads and repetitions for men, women, and mixed divisions where applicable.
