The SISU Hyrox SIM Event takes place on September 20, 2026 at Hopkins High School, 2400 Royals Dr, Minnetonka, MN. The event is held outdoors and lists 179 participants and multiple community sponsors.
The event offers two SIM formats and both individual and team options. The Half-Rox is an individual only division with repeated 600 m runs interspersed with work stations: 500 m row, 60 m burpee broad jump, 50 m sled push (Men 225 lb, Women 185 lb), 50 m sled pull (Men 185 lb, Women 135 lb), 500 m ski, 100 m farmers carry (Men 24 kg, Women 16 kg), 50 m double dumbbell walking lunge (Men two 20 lb, Women two 10 lb), and 50 wallballs (Men 14 lb, Women 9 lb).
The HYROX Singles and Partner divisions follow official HYROX standards and consist of eight 1000 m runs with stations between runs, including 1000 m row, 80 m burpee broad jump, sled push and sled pull with gendered weights, 1000 m ski, farmers carry, double dumbbell walking lunges, and 100 wallballs. Partner teams may split stations as they choose. Weight specifications for each division and category are provided in the event standards.
Pricing notes: Half-Rox early bird $75, after July 3 $100; Singles early bird $125, after July 3 $165; Partner early bird $190, after July 3 $220. The event will use chip timing, award prizes to top finishers, and publish heat times the week of the event. Volunteers are requested to support event operations.
