The event takes place on September 20, 2026, at Hopkins High School, 2400 Royals Dr, Minnetonka, MN 55305. It is an outdoor SIM event offering both Hyrox and Half-Rox formats for individuals and teams.

- Half-Rox (individual only)
- Partner division (teams)
- Singles division (HYROX Open)
Early bird pricing ends July 3. Entry fees listed by division: Half-Rox individual early bird $75, after July 3 $100; Partner early bird $190, after July 3 $220 per team; Singles early bird $125, after July 3 $165. The event will use chip timing and will award prizes for top finishers. Heat assignments will be released the week of the event. Organizers will raffle one free entry into a Hyrox event in the United States. Volunteers are needed for event support.
Half-Rox format uses repeated 600 m runs with intermediate work stations: 500 m row, 60 m burpee broad jump, sled push (men 225 lb, women 185 lb), sled pull (men 185 lb, women 135 lb), 500 m ski, farmers carry (men 24 kg, women 16 kg), double dumbbell walking lunge (men two 20 lb, women two 10 lb), and wallballs (men 14 lb, women 9 lb).
Partner and Singles HYROX formats use eight 1000 m runs with stations including 1000 m row, 80 m burpee broad jump, sled push, sled pull, 1000 m ski, farmers carry, double dumbbell walking lunge, and 100 wallballs.
