SISU Hyrox SIM Event : Hopkins High School, September 20, 2026
SISU Hyrox SIM is an outdoor fitness competition held at Hopkins High School in Minnetonka, MN on September 20, 2026. The event offers timed Hyrox-format events for individuals and teams, with chip timing and prizes for top finishers. Heat assignments are scheduled to be released the week of the event. Volunteers are requested for event support.
The event program includes two primary formats and divisions: Half-Rox (individual only) : early bird price $75, after July 3 $100. Competitors complete repeated 600 m runs interleaved with stations: 500 m row, 60 m burpee broad jump, sled push (Men 225 lb, Women 185 lb), sled pull (Men 185 lb, Women 135 lb), 500 m ski, 100 m farmers carry (Men 24 kg, Women 16 kg), 50 m double dumbbell walking lunge (Men 2×20 lb, Women 2×10 lb), and 50 wallballs (Men 14 lb, Women 9 lb).
Hyrox-format events for partners and singles : partner early bird $190 per team, after July 3 $220; singles early bird $125, after July 3 $165. These divisions use eight 1000 m runs with stations such as 1000 m row, burpee broad jump, sled push and pull (weights vary by division), 1000 m ski, farmers carry, double dumbbell walking lunge, and 100 or 100 wallballs with weight standards by division.
