Course and race details
The 50K includes about 2,400 ft of climbing and about 2,400 ft of descending. The course is reported as 85% single-track trails and 15% gravel road, with five fully stocked aid stations. Organizers describe the 50K as suitable for runners attempting a first ultra marathon.

Trails used are multi-use and remain open to mountain bikers and hikers during the event. When entering town to finish, roads are open to vehicles. Headphones are not permitted once on the paved road to the finish. No dogs are allowed to run with participants.

Registration closes May 1 at 11:59 PM PT. Shirt size is guaranteed for registrations completed by March 30. Entry fees vary by date:

There are no transfers to other runners. Cancellations more than 30 days before the race may receive a 50% credit toward the same event the following year. Cancellations 30 days or less before the race receive no credit, refund, or transfer. If the organizer cancels and the event cannot be feasibly rescheduled, refunds or credits will not be issued.
Logistics and amenities
Bib pickup is at Village Green Park from 6:30 AM to 8:45 AM. Pre-race coffee will be available. Post-race offerings include a burrito bar and beer from Cascade Lakes Brewing for participants and volunteers. Each finisher receives a finisher medal. The event beneficiary is the Ridgeview High School cross-country team, who will staff aid stations. Lodging partner: Left Coast Lodge (two-night minimum).
