Sista Strut St. Louis - 17th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk
Sista Strut St. Louis is a community breast cancer awareness event scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2026 in downtown St. Louis at North 15th Street and Chestnut Street. The event program includes a 3K walk and a car, truck and motorcycle parade held on the same route.
Registration categories and included items are listed for walk and parade participants. Walk registration includes one participant registration, one official 2026 Sista Strut T-shirt, one official 2026 Sista Strut water bottle and one official 2026 Sista Strut bag. Pricing tiers for the walk are Early Bird, Standard and Late with corresponding fees published by the organizer; parade registration has Early Bird and Standard tiers. All participants in the 3K walk and car parade must be registered.
Event operations note that parade vehicles must remain occupied and no one may walk alongside a moving vehicle. Vehicles are placed behind walk participants and walkers will line up on 14th Street between Olive and Clark Street to view the car, truck and motorcycle parade. The event proceeds benefit five local organizations: The Breakfast Club Inc., The Pink Angels Foundation, Siteman Cancer Center, The Mercy Breast Cancer Center and SSM Health St. Marys Hospital. Packet pickup locations include iHeartMedia St Louis (3725 Foundry Way, Suite 233) and Harris-Stowe State University (3026 Laclede Ave). The event proceeds and procedures apply rain or shine.
