Sista Strut St. Louis
Sista Strut St. Louis is the 17th annual breast cancer awareness walk held in downtown St. Louis. The event features a traditional 3K walk and a separate car, truck, and motorcycle parade. Participants in both the walk and the parade must register.
Walk registration includes one participant entry, an official 2026 Sista Strut T-shirt, a water bottle, and a Sista Strut bag. Parade registration includes the same items plus one motorized vehicle entry. Registration periods and pricing are listed for early, standard, and late windows, with late walk registrations noted as not including event swag.
Packet pickup is organized by registration period and takes place at iHeartMedia St. Louis and Harris-Stowe State University on specified dates prior to the event. There is no shirt size exchange at pickup; registrations and shirt sizes are final.
Event logistics state that vehicles will follow the walkers, walkers will line up on 14th Street between Olive and Clark Street to view the parade, and participants are not permitted to walk alongside moving vehicles for safety. The event proceeds support five local organizations in the St. Louis area: The Breakfast Club Inc., The Pink Angels Foundation, Siteman Cancer Center, The Mercy Breast Cancer Center, and SSM Health - St. Mary's Hospital.
