Event overview
Its Grim Up North Running stages the Sir Titus Pie n Pickle Plod on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal beside Salts Mill in Saltaire, Shipley, West Yorkshire. The event offers multiple distances:

Routes run along flat, even towpath and compact trail surfaces. Course types are out-and-back or lapped depending on the distance. The routes are marshalled and signed, and downloadable GPX files are available for navigation.
Practical details
Feed stations are located about every three miles and the event operates a cup-less approach; runners are asked to use re-usable cups or bottles. Large over-ear headphones are banned; bone-conduction or "one in one out" in-ear devices are acceptable. Parking is available in surrounding streets and a nearby car park, with limited spaces. There is a 6.5 hour cut-off time for completing the course. Withdrawals should be reported to the nearest marshal; in some cases runners may be allowed to drop to a shorter distance during the event. Entries include a bespoke finisher's medal and post-race items. Transfers or deferrals can be self-served via the booking platform used.
