Course services, rules and access
Aid stations are provided about every 3 miles; the event aims to be cup-less so participants are asked to bring a reusable cup or bottle. The course is marshalled and signed, and there may be some unmarshalled road crossings. Large over-ear headphones are discouraged; bone-conduction or single-ear in-ear use is permitted where needed. Toilets are available canal-side at the start/finish. Finishers receive a bespoke medal and additional treats.
The venue is a short walk from Saltaire train station. Parking is available nearby, with council charges possibly applying and alternative parking at Titus Salt School. Entry fees vary by distance, roughly from £26 to £56. Age limits apply and vary by distance (for example Ultra 21+, Marathon and 20 Miler 18+, Half and 10 Mile 17+, 10k 16+).
