Silver Comet Races
The Silver Comet Half and Full Marathon takes place in Mableton, Georgia, located just outside of Atlanta. These USATF Certified races are held on the Silver Comet Trail on the last Saturday of October. The event features out and back courses that utilize the paved trail infrastructure, known for being flat and fast.
The marathon distance is a Boston Qualifier event. These grassroots races are organized to support both first-time participants and experienced runners looking for personal records. Participants in the full marathon must be 18 years of age or older.

- Half Marathon
Additionally, the organization holds a 10 km race on the second Saturday of March. This earlier-season event follows a point-to-point course starting at Floyd Road in Mableton and finishing at the Silver Comet Trailhead in Smyrna.
